About the NLRC
The National Lionhead Club (NLRC) is an official organisation within the British Rabbit Council (BRC) for all Lionhead rabbits enthusiasts within the UK. Its prime objective is to encourage the keeping, breeding, exhibiting and development of the Lionhead Rabbit throughout the United Kingdom. It aims to bring all passionate Lionhead breeders together in an attempt to further improve the breed and its significance with the showing circle.
We hold a minimum of three stock shows a year in various locations throughout the country. Here we offer Challenge Certificates (CCs), and a Certificate of Merit for our young exhibitors. All CC winners are also awarded with a club rosette. They provide great opportunities to meet other breeders, learn from experienced judges, and discuss the development of breed. All breeders are encouraged to compete.

How to Join
Any BRC member is free to show at a Lionhead Stock Show, however to receive rosettes and collect members points you must also be a member of the NLRC.

You are able to join by emailing the secretary at [email protected]. A membership form will be emailed back to you with payment details.
Please remember to select friends/family otherwise we are charged for the transaction. Alternatively, you can join in person at any stock show or the London/Bradford Championships. However, please be aware that if you become a member at the stock show you must sign up to the club before judging commences otherwise your rabbits may not receive the rewards you are expecting. |
